Monopoly? How?

I have never played monopoly this way before until today.

My MOB Group embarked on a journey to mac'donalds for lunch then to the main library for some bonding session contributed by Charls.

We took rather long to play it. A lot of planning and strategies to make. =)
I was grouped wit Faith and we won!


Faith was so being fascinated by the jailer.

This game really thought us how to plan.

Yes, all of us were waiting outside then inside the room. Where in the world is our teacher.? The clock's ticking away. Glad that I have met Hwee Chin on the way to class if not I would have lost my way. Thank you Hwee Chin. (I know you would be reading this. hehe.) Hwee Chin is the sweaty girl, sweats ALL DAY.

I Love My Class!

1st day at FOP (13 April 09) - waiting for them to do their forfeit. 4th day at FOP (16 April 09) - My tin can which jingles! chii ching!~
It was rather tiring. So sleepy. Faith Ko's tin can was really heavy, and Edmund's too.!
Well, for Wilson, I guessed he had time to talk to a cat. I saw him actually asking a cat to donate. LOL! Charls took my spot on the 2nd floor, grRR.. So I just walked around.

Kayaking~ We didn't end up in the water but some of us got wet by the rain. In the end we did not get to go, but definitely, it was a memorable one. We sang praises to God until the rain stopped and recited our STARS UNITED memory verse:

Later Yan Tze came over to my house and we rested a while before we went to play basketball. We went to shoot for about and hour and the half before she had to go home. It was tiring yet enjoyable.

God's Promises!

Let us old unswervingly to the hope we profess, for He who promised is faithful, and let us consider how we can spur one another on towards love and good deeds.

Application:
I am going to spur my NPCC cadets towards love and good deeds! Hope I get the chance to commend on 2 guys the coming training to spur others to follow their acts of responsibility!

April Memory Verse: Galatians 6:9-10

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.

I was chatting on msn with Jie Cheryl today when we discussed on our memory verses. She encourage me to do everything in love. Like how apostle Paul prayed that our love may abound more & more in knowledge and depth of insight.

What we learned form God.
So love doesn't = do everything acc to how the other person likes it, but doing everything for the good of the person (that's depth of insight, or in other words, loving with wisdom)

(love increasing in knowledge), I would take it as love knowing God's brand of love
and which part of the Bible describes to you God's brand of love? =p

1 Corinthians 13:4-8

v4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. v5 It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. v6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices wit the truth. v7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. v8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.

Application:
Practice that kind of love (or niceness with firm-ness) with my NPCC cadets...
And to earn both their respect and love also la!

Being Right With God First!

Today, from the start of worship God spoke to me alot.

I had an arguement last night with my Dad, I took tired as an excuse for raising my voice. I knew, shouldn't be that way, and today is the Lord's Supper! I had to make things right with God, so I quickly called my Dad before service, I apologised. So cool! I just learn this the previous Youth Lesson & I'm putting it to practice already. XD

Early in the morning(2-3+am), before I went to sleep, I was helping my brother to do the cover page which worth 5marks for his project. See wat a nice sister he has. :D Well, I had the picture I wanted in my mind, but I can't get it down on paper. So I found 2 photos which captured my idea, & started drawing FREE HAND. It's been so long since I ever drawn free hand man. haa``

The bear is taking the attention away from the emphasize of the man and his cigarette.

Also, the bear & the man's head is very detatched. She suggested me to draw the bear grabbing hold of the man's head as if it is undetatchable. =)

Well, anyway it's just a fast & rough work. xD

After little hours of sleep, I had to go to the Dental Clinic for a follow-up.

I didn't expect to do so many things there. I took an x-tray for one of my teeth to check whether my filling affects my nerve. I had to bite real hard on this thing which hurts the skin beneath my tongue.

The dentist told me about the reason why my teeth is sensitive & taught me how to take precaution before it turns to a unreversable stage. I had my teeth cleaned! And learned how to brush and floss PROPERLY. I had a 'cut' on my teeth laminated with a layer to protect it from germs.

Throughout the entire adventure in the clinic, I had many machines stuffed into my mouth. COOL!

Thank God for there is no NPCC training today. CAnclled because of NPDP & Sports Hits! Yahoo. Can rest for now.
